Live streaming
The flight and the enclosure cameras, live, on a phone, tablet, smart TV or a video wall in the control room.
Two possible routes. By software, over an encrypted tunnel. Or through the second video output on the pilot's equipment, which consumes no additional licence.
That difference pays for itself. Without the service, every person who wants to watch consumes a minutes licence. Over the video route, the stream goes out once and everyone watches it.
The architecture is redundant: two transcoders, two distribution servers and two recording servers.
If a node goes down, the system raises an alert, switches over on its own and reconnects.
